A fee of $250 shall be charged for meetings up to 3 hours.
Mann/Swisher Fellowship Hall
1700 sq ft. Seats 120 people.
Members:
A fee of $300 shall be charged for meetings up to 3 hours.
A fee of $600 shall be charged for social events up to 5 hours.
Non-Members:
A fee of $400 shall be charged for meetings up to 3 hours.
A fee of $700 shall be charged for social events up to 5 hours.
In addition, a $300 deposit is required to hold the room. The $300 is refundable providing the Hall is left undamaged and clean. (If the maximum time limit is exceeded, a cost of $100 will be charged for each additional hour.)
Sanctuary for Weddings and Funerals
Includes conference room. Seats 175 people.
Non-Members:
A fee of $800 shall be charged for weddings and funerals up to 4 hours.
In addition, a $300 deposit is required to hold the room. The $300 is refundable providing the rented space is left undamaged and clean. (If the maximum time limit is exceeded, a cost of $100 will be charged for each additional hour.)
Includes one Wedding Rehearsal (1.5 hours).
Cancellations/Refunds
If the original applicant cancels a rental reservation at any time prior to the rental activity, the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment Due Date
Total balance of rental fee must be paid within 5 days prior to the rental occupancy.
Rules & Regulations
- No Alcoholic Beverages or Illegal Drugs: The serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs on church property is prohibited.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited at all time on church property.
- No Physical Combat: Fighting or physical altercation are prohibited on the premises.
- No Profane Language: Please be mindful of profane language during the use of the facility.
- No Firearms Concealed or Otherwise: Firearms of any kind concealed or otherwise are prohibited.
- No Rentals on Sundays
